Cheese(cheese in oil or fresh cream- cheese) – cheese in oil is a traditional way of preserving cow’s and goat’s cheese thus gaining the recognizable aroma. All home made in the Dubrovnik area.

Cream cheese- home made is one day old, very light in texture and taste

Smoked ham and cheese (cheese in oil or fresh cream cheese per choice) Enyoj this famous Dalmatien sandwich

Marinated anchovy – famous blue fish from the Adratic sea combined with ricula salad and Tartar dressing.

 

Smoked ham –one serving on plate per person

Bacon - one serving on plate per person. Smoked bacon was a favourite traditional lunch for field workers in the summer specially when combined with fresh tomatoes and young green onions.

Kulen - Paprika flavoured salami – one serving on plate per person. The best Croatian salami, traditionally from Slavonija. Made from pork meat, paprika and spices which give this famous salami it’s special taste.

 

Cheese - one serving on plate per person (cheese of your choice)
Livanjski sir – original Croatian high quality cow’s cheese from the region of Livno
Paški sir- original Croatian high quality sheep’s cheese from the island of Pag.
Marinated anchovy- one serving of fish fillet per person. This favourite little blue fish is served with ricula salad, olive oil, young green onions, lemon, capons
Salted anchovy – one serving per person. Prepared in traditional way of preserving blue fish in salt, olive oil, capons, lemon, young green onions..
Salted pilchard- our famous cold fish meal from the Adriatic with olive oil, capons, lemon, young green onions…

Soup of the day - seasonal refreshing vegetable soup served hot or cold (tomatoes or squash)
Boiled Lentil in our Dalmatian tradition

Ricula and patato salad- the favourite Dubrovnik salad, ricula with new potatoes
